2019 Wohlers Report Details Advancements in Additive Manufacturing
Wohlers Associates has come out with the 2019 edition of its report on the 3D printing industry. The report weighs in at 369 pages. Aerospace has embraced 3D printing. The company, led by consultant Terry Wohlers, "collected insights from the likes of Airbus, Boeing, Honeywell Aerospace, and United Technologies Corp."

Fiat Chrysler Output Reduction at Windsor Plant May Imperil 1,500 jobs.
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles plans to cut output at its Windsor Assembly Plant in Canada that produces minivans. That move may endanger 1,500 jobs, the Detroit Free Press said. The plant is cutting to two shifts from three starting Sept. 30. The automaker will send retirement packages to eligible employees, the Free Press said.
